ESTATE 22K-14K LARGE BOULDER OPAL NECKLACE - UNIQUE - APPRAISED - LB1774 DESCRIPTION: This gorgeous necklace is solid yellow gold. The frame of the stone is marked in the back 22K & 14K and also marked KJO or KTO hard to tell whether the center letter is a J or a T. The frame is 22K and the bail is 14K. The 20" heavy snake style chain is marked with a symbol and reads Balestra and Italy. The pendant has a 22mm x 18mm (approx 8.5 Cts) genuine natural boulder opal with a gorgeous play of colors including red, orange, green purple, blue, and yellow. The opal's ironstone shows through creating a gorgeous panoramic scene on the stone and makes this pendant very unique. The back of the stone has the ironstone and shows a little bit of the opal also. The necklace recently appraised for $5,412.50 by a Master Graduate Gemologist and the appraisal will be included with the necklace. This pendant is very hard to describe, so please see pictures. The pendant measures 1-1/4" in length including the large bail. See appraisal report for more details.
