Cambridge Rose Point pattern ELEGANT VINTAGECUT ETCHED GLASS OIL and VINEGAR CRUETS with STOPPERS (four pieces) GREAT ACCOMPIANT TO AN ELEGANT TABLE SETTING GREAT COLLECTOR’S ITEM Cambridge Rose Point pattern: This set came from my family’s estate, was used on only very special occasions, most of its days they have e lived in a china cabinet and cared for gingerly. I determine my pricing and shipping through thorough research. These items have been in my family for years with a background of English/Anglo, Scottish and German. My mother worked for the " Decorative Arts " in New York City during the 19 30's and 1 940's . Also they'd travel through Europe quite extensively, always bringing back to the U.S.A. a treasured item or two. I know lots of the pieces I list are from that period (and than some) and also their travels. They have always been cared for gingerly and stored in a china cabinet most of its' days. In error, I originally put this item up for auction at the wrong starting price , in turn I had to revise knowing these pieces are quite pricey. I have seen them on other auction sites any where from $100.00 -- $170.00 EACH. I am truely sorry for any misunderstandings. Cambridge Trivia: Company was chartered in 1873 by a group of Cambridge, Ohio , businessmen. Cambridge began using its well-known "C" within a triangle mark in the 1920s. Not all Cambridge pieces are marked, however. This pattern was made from 1936 - 1953. it was not until 1899, when the site was purchased by the newly formed National Glass Company, that funds became available to start the construction of a new glass factory. APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS : Measurements : 6 inches tall w/stopper and 3 3/4 inches in diameter at largest point Condition : EXCELLENT, however a used item.
