It is my pleasure to present for your consideration: A masterpiece of modern form and design and a one of a kind work of wearable art that you will not see again! It is a gorgeous and completely hand made vintage modernist organic sterling silver ring with a beautiful large caged amethyst orb that rotates within its web like sterling silver setting. Words cannot describe just how fabulous this ring is. It was constructed of solid sterling silver by a true master in the modernist abstract/organic style. The beautiful stone is approx. 15mm in diameter and is caged with in a sterling silver mount that resembles a spider web. The stone rotates within the setting for added interest and extra drama. Origin: Unknown, guessing Scandinavian possibly Finland. Size: 7 on my ring sizer Dimensions: 1 3/8" from end to end x approx. 5/8" wide Hallmarks: 925, Unfortunately as with many pieces from this time period it is not signed Weight: 7.3 grams Date: Estimated 1950's Condition: Fabulous vintage condition with no damage and the kind of patina that only comes with time.
