ESTATE SALE find and up for bids is a vintage 14K Gold locket on a 21 inch gold chain. The front and back of this locket have extraordinary detailed lattice-type work surrounding Jewish/Hebrew/Judaic lettering. I have not been able to find translations of the front and back but have been very fortunate that some knowledgable eBay'rs have been kind enough to contact me with other Russian/Jewish items from this estate sale lot. If any information comes my way I will certainly post it for all to see. Upon opening the locket you will find 2 vintage photo's. I have also found an additional photo of the girl in the locket. This additional photo is dated 1937 on its reverse side. The closed locket(snap-lock closure) measures 1 1/8" tall, 3/4" in width and 5/16" in thickness. I have made no attempt to clean this truly MAGNIFICENT piece. Please note that my area of interest and expertise is horse racing and not jewelry. I do come across items in my search for horse racing items that I must purchase as part of an Estate Sale lot. Hence I do my best to accurately describe these items.
