Up for bid is this very nice vintage crockery mixing bowl by the Marshall Pottery Co in Texas. I found this awesome bowl at an estate sale in south Texas. This is an extra large bowl, 6" tall, 12" in diameter & 5 1/4" deep. This sturdy bowl has the traditional classic ribbed design with the dark/light blue strips around it that Marshall Pottery is so famous for. This size bowl from Marshall's is very hard to find! The stamp/logo is on the bottom. Due to age & use, t is a little scuffing around the rim & a tiny flea bite nic. Very very hard to see. T is a 1 1/2" crack (just below the surface) from the rim down the inside & a smaller one on the opposite side that's on the outside. Neither has any effect on the use of the bowl. Just adds a retro touch to the old piece. This is a wonderful way to displaying retro items in the kitchen or dining room as well as putting it to good use!
