For your consideration, fresh from an estate sale, is a nice set of old, vintage appetizer forks and knives in their original box. The knives are labeled Rheingold which I assume is the manufacturer. The set is in good shape for its age. The box is intact and has a nice pink satin lining. The clasp works, but the box shows wear on all of the edges. The utensils appear to be something used for appetizers, maybe seafood...I really have no idea. There are 3 forks and 3 knives. The utensils have what appear to be painted porcelain handles with birds and a flower/leaf pattern. There is gold gilding on the painted areas. Very attractive set and I believe quite old. These are fresh from an estate sale. I am not an antique expert, I just buy things that attract me. These were one of those items. Box measures 7 x 5 1/2 inches and each utensil is 6 inches long.
