This is a very unusual, exquisite, vintage blue enamelled powder compact. It still has the original unused solid powder inside and an unused ciruclar sponge which sits on top of the powder. The inside is gold coloured metal, encasing a mirror in the lid and the compact opposite the mirror. There is also a lovely little padlock on the outside.
