Early shelf clock maybe austrian? This clock is very unusal and early. The movement is a time and strike. It has a mirrored back with alabster columns. On the top of the clock sits a bronze figure of a sphinx. This clock does need a good amount of care to bring it back. The dial has been repaired by the winding arbors. I have the glass to the bezel it needs to be put back. One of the mirrors have been replaced. One of the corners that holds the columns has been replaced. T are 2 holes on the top that had finials they are missing. The case has a lot of worm holes. Most of the brass applique is t Please note this is a project, and is being sold as is.
