Offered is an Evans lighter in a sterling silver base made by International Silver Co, The pattern name is La Paglia and is quite ornate. The lighter appears to be in working order but I don't have the flint or fluid to fill it. The base is in good condition except for a small dent on the bottom edge. . Both the lighter and the base need to be polished. It is 2 1/4" tall and the base diameter is 2".
