THIS IS A 5-DAY LISTING ~ Brinda~ ~ * ~ I have been an avidcollector of just about everything that put a smile on my face for most of my life. Now that I’ve retired, it’s the perfect time to take a critical look at all of these wonderful things and sort out what is important to keep and what I should part with. I have accumulated so very much. This is a slow process but please check back often -- you never know what you'll find! PLEASE NOTE I AM NOT THE REBORN ARTIST I am, however, enchanted by these sweet babies. I have love for and appreciation of the art of reborning and the painstaking work that goes into the creation of these tiny masterpieces. The dolls I offer will be purchased for far less than their cost. I hope as you look through all the marvelous reborn babies available, you will consider a previously-owned, high-quality, displayed-only, and cherished reborn as an option. I was recently asked why I go through all the trouble of taking many pictures and writing a long description on a “used” doll. What I say is these dolls have been well taken care of members of my family, and to me it would be disrespectful to do it any other way ... and besides, it’s fun! It is my hope that my pictures capture the skill and talent of the original artist. ~ * ~ Details: Reborn in January 2008 Approximately 4 pounds 21 inches in length ~ * ~ Baby Brinda was reborn at the My Angels. She was created from Evelina Wosnjuk’s Celine sculpt. She has given an ethnic skin tone using Genesis Heat Set Oils & Varnish. She has moist lips, moisture at her nostrils, and at the edges of her eyes. Brinda’s ears have been pierced and she has sweet little pearl earrings. She has a magnetic pacifier and a magnet in her head for her hair bow. Her hair is wavy premium angora mohair that can be misted and combed into waves or brushed straight. She has beautiful brown Masterpiece eyes and a fully jointed doe-suede body with full limbs. I am sending Brinda to her new home with three lovely outfits~ ~ a lavender footed sleeper with floral appliqués by Carter’s Child of Mine division~ ~ a handmade one-piece outfit, pink with lace trim ~ ~ a darling two-piece outfit by Savannah Baby, pink with fairy appliqués and beautiful trim ~ ~ one pair of pink socks with lace at the top ~ ~ one pair of soft baby shoes in pink decorated with a bow ~ ~ a white onesie by Gerber ~ ~ a magnetic pink bow for her hair ~ ~ a magnetic pacifier ~ ~ a soft yellow blanket by Cherry Tree ~ ~ a sweet little stuffed lion by Wild Republic purchased new ~ ~ awater-filled Tweety Bird teething ring purchased new ~ ~ a diaper ~ So, as you can see, you will not have to run out and purchase new clothes for this baby, at least not right away. She will bring a good supply with her! Please keep in mind that Brinda has magnets for her pacifier and hair bow, and caution should be taken around pacemakers, etc. Brinda, as all my treasures, is very difficult to part with but she really needs a new home. And while it is hard to part with my sweet babies, it has been such a pleasure having them grace my home and make me smile.
