This auction is for a Vintage Eversharp Demi Size Skyline Fountain Pen in Black- see all 3 photos below. Measures just about 4.75 inches with cap on. The clip does not seem to fit on the derby quite right, it seems to be just a tiny bit out of adjustment. I wanted to remove the derby and adjust the clip but the derby is either stuck or glued on the cap, I could not get it to come loose and I did not want to force it - all old ink has been cleaned out of the cap, so the derby is not stuck due to dried ink. It was dip tested and a writing sample is shown in the 1st photo below. I personally do not care for the way this pen writes, with little or no writing pressure it writes kind of thin and a tiny bit scratchy like a fine nib, but with just a slight bit more writing pressure it writes almost like a medium. This pen has been fully disassembled, cleaned inside & out, a new sac has been installed, and it has been nicely hand polished - the pen has not been inked since it was restored. It was water tested & it does draw in and expel ink (water) as it should. Be sure to see my other auctions for more pens. I always ship pens securely wrapped in an appropriate size box.
