I've always thought this piece should be assigned a different CD number. You don't see any other CD 102's shaped like this. I liken it to a metamorphosis of an insulator going from a CD 102 to a CD 112.4 with the unusual flared skirt. Smooth base and skirt embossed per the title with a tiny skirt flakelet and a start of a tiny very light skirt bruise with an identical one just like it on the rear wire ridge. These tiny flaws ar insignificant.Twelve inch ruler leaned on display case for reference. Low start! No reserve. I have 100% positive feedback so you can . Email with any questions.
