Technical Description You are bidding on the EWI Tourcase tm model DR002H 4 Drawer Road Case Style Tool or Work Box.The DR002H case is equipped with 4 each drawers, 2 each medium sized recessed butterfly latches to latch the lid to the case, and 2 each recessed padded flip-handles per side (4 total). The rivets on the handles are backed with backing washers to ensure strength and durability. The front cover is detachable and has four heavy duty ball corners. T is a hinge on the left side of the front cover so it can swing open. The extrusion is all aluminum and double walled. The side panels are constructed with 3/8 inch hardwood plywood with an black ABS laminate surface. The case is assembled with good quality rivets. T are 4 each heavy duty 4" castors on the bottom, two of which are locking style.The 4 drawers are mounted with decent slide rails. The top 3 drawers are 4 1/2" deep each. The bottom drawer is 8 1/2" deep. All 4 drawers measure 18" from the front to the back on the inside. The drawers are padded on the inside with thin close-cell foam.The case is shipped boxed with the castors un-mounted and included inside the case. Mounting is simple and only requires a 12MM wrench or Crescent wrench. All the hardware is included to mount the castors and the mounting holes are pre-drilled with backing tee-nuts already in place. This case is manufactured to exacting tolerances with excellent fit and finish.
