Thank You ahead of time...I just purchased 3 brand new French Maids from a store, not sharing that info.... this is as new as you can get... I pack your package in bubble wrap, completed with packing peanuts in a very sturdy box so she arrives at your door in excellent condition, as she left mine. I will include your insurance reciept in an envelope in your package, I print two, not copied in case your box gets lost you will still be covered The reason I do this is because I believe you should not pay to get a refund for additional shipping. You can take it to the post office, doll all packing materials, receipts/shipping labels-packing slips and insurance receipt are all required for a refund. Items under $60.00 will recieve cash on the spot as soon as they determine it was damaged during shipping not due to bad packing, that will definately not be a problem. You will recieve your cash back for the item and the full cash paid for shipping minus the insurance paid. Amounts over $60.00 follow the same instructions only you will be issued a check and they will keep the doll and all its contents. You will be paid for the value of the item and your shipping cost minus the insurance. this is just the fair thing to do.. Giving you 99% of a refund, I am highly doubtful that will occur. I would only give you a refund and pay return shipping and insurance if I sent you the wrong doll. I have not done this but have had it done to me.
