An imposing Vulcanite locket in excellent condition,bearing the letters AEI as decoration at the front,which mean 'Amity,Eternity,Infinity', - I will be your friend forever,a lovely Victorian sentiment. As with all Vulcanite lockets the interior is engraved,and has a hinge made of the same material as the locket.T is one compartment with a glass lining.The locket has retained a good colour,showing very little fading from its original deep black.It measures 2 inches in length and is 1 1/2 inches wide.It would have been produced in late 1850's. Shipping outside UK is $6,not including insurance,and within UK is £1.50. No responsibilty can be taken for items lost in transit if not insured.
