EXQUISITE! Vintage High End Designer Frosted Givre Topaz Navettes Dog Tooth Prong Necklace 2546After DeLizza and Elster with quality construction and materials this is a formal and elegant necklace that features many non-foiled faceted, smooth top topaz givre glass navettes that are expertly prong set in open back cups with dog tooth prongs and drape across the decolletage dramatically and brightens the entire face in artificial lighting. There are three prong set brilliant round cut aurora borealis topaz rhinestones with a rhinestone chain of smaller brilliant round cut light jonquil yellow that connects each elements of the necklace. There is a larger rhinestone at the end of one arm and a fish hook catch on the other to secure this work of art. All metal parts are constructed out of gold filled metal that does show wear to areas that come in contact with the skin attributed to normal use. The necklace measures 16 1/2" from end to end with a 1/2" drop. The is no representation of this style or materials in the reference books in my library or on-line that I can find but I do know that D & E were famous for the use givre glass in many of the formal and casual wear creations.
