This beautiful, oversized basket quilt is all by hand - piecing, quilting, hemming. It is clean and crisp and seems to have never been used. Faint pencil lines are visible in places and the batting is thin with cotton debris visible when held to the light. The pieced baskets of double pink alternate with quilted featd wreathes at 6 stitches to the inch. A bold zig-zag framing and matching hand hemmed binding set off this sturdy, useable, extra large quilt with no wear . Measures 92" x 71" - too big to hang on my wall.
