EXTRAORDINARY ART DECO VASE CIRCA 1920, Wilcox Silver This Auction is for a beautiful silver-plated hammered silver vase with hand tooled and chased design of Peonies, buds and vines. The vase is nearly 10 inches tall by three and one half inches wide, and was made and warranted by the Wilcox Silver Company Number 3546. For those of you that are not aware of the history of this fabulous company, the Wilcox Silver Plate Company, located in Meriden, Connecticut was one of the original companies to join together and become part of The International Silver Company in 1898. The Wilcox brand continued to make higher end and more imaginative silver for many years to come. Some of this countries most sought after silver has been made by Wilcox. Good Luck Bidding.
