Extraordinary 2 7/8-inch vintage pendant in the form of a rock crystal Figa hand mounted in a stylish 18K yellow gold setting with four oval red / Rubellite tourmalines weighing an estimated 1.65 carats combined.This fantastic pendant features a deeply carved, frosted rock crystal Figa hand, a symbol whose roots stretch back to at least Roman times. The Figa has 18K gold fingernails and is mounted in an extravagant and sleekly Modern 18K yellow gold setting with smooth and textured surfaces, clusters of graduated gold "fringe" with granule terminals and four fine oval Rubellite Tourmaline gemstones, one measuring 7.53 x 5.62-mm (5/16 x 1/4-inches) and three measuring approximately 5.78 x 4.05-mm (1/4 x 3/16-inches). The Rubellite is a lovely pinkish-red color with subtle violet overtones and very lightly included for tourmaline.In excellent vintage condition, marked and tests positive for 18K gold, measure 2 7/8 x 1-inches overall and weighs 24.7 grams.Tourmaline (and opal) is the October birthstone and the 8th anniversary gemstone.Please Note: We will happily combine multiple purchases for shipping.Proud Member of the Vintage Fashion GuildPLEASE NOTE: Electronic payments are expected within two days, other forms of payment within 3 days.
