Offered for auction is a Vintage Rheinmetall Aztec 600 portable typewriter.I started working on typewriters at age 14 in 1958.Later in life I earned a couple of degrees in electronics and computers but I still occasionally worked on typewriters for fun.I worked on dozens of different brands, both foreign and domestic.I know a few people who collect antique typewriters and NONE of them ever heard of a Rheinmetall.It has the original instruction booklet.Everything appears to work properly.Since the ribbon probably dried up during the Eisenhower administration its hard to tell.I probably paid too much for this and hope to recoup my investment.Shipping to be determined by zip code.HAPPY BIDDING!!!!!!!!!!!
