EXTREMELY RARE and hard to find - manual razor pencil sharpener by Rockford Circa 1906. This is an amazing vintage piece owned by my father-in-law. It appears that a hole was added to the handle for hanging. This was done prior to him owning it, so I do not know when it was added. This piece is in "as is, where is" condition. He will consider all offers.The last picture shows an ad for the sharpener.
