Here's is my wonderful Martin D1r acoustic made in 1995. It's a great sounding guitar both acoustic and plugged in. It's looks great and it's solid Sitka spruce top has mellowed to a lovely honey colour- it looks like a prewar d28! � The rosewood sides are edged in tortoise shell which I've always loved. It's been well used and loved the headstock has a few marks from a capo and it has a few marks from use and nothing to worry about! It's intonation is great and action is fine - a really great player and good gigging guitar! It has it's original martin plastic hard case which has 2 broken catches. I believe it's transducer is Martin factory fitted (fishman?). � Remember this is the first generation D1-r and Not to be confused with the more recent ones with laminate neck and back - yuk! This is a wonderful instrument is maturing nicely and sounds as good as any d28 I've played! �
