Wow a fab set of 5 fabulous vintage retro pottery sandwich markers, perfect for a cocktail party or buffet. They were made at the Toni Raymond Pottery in Torquay, Devon in approximately the early to mid 1960s. They have been handpainted with the names of various sandwich fillings and bands of colour to suit the title. They would have stuck into a plate of sandwiches to let guests know which filling was which. � The markers measure approximately 3" tall. They bear no maker's marks but are definitely made by Toni Raymond - they are so typical of their style. they are in great condition with only one marker having a chip & the point damaged.
