FABULOUS ANTIQUE ENGLISH 15K TURQUOISE VICTORIAN PERIOD STICKPIN c1870 A wonderful antique English, solid 15 carat gold (tests thereabouts) stickpin; its head beautifully hand chased and set with lovely turquoise cabochons. With a gold chain connector and safety pin. High quality, typically Victorian & very wearable...not to mention collectable! CONDITION : All original and very, very good. Slightest signs of wear commensurate with age & use. Pin itself a little distorted through wear - of no consequence. Disparity in turquoise colours natural and perfectly normal. DEFECTS : None. DATE/MARKS : Around 1850/60. Not marked. DIMENSIONS : Head 16 mm long, over 3 inches long overall (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or ¾ of an inch diameter.
