From a local estate, is a beautiful antique 10" staffordshire flow blue rim soup bowl. This bowl, made by Royal Doulton, features a stunning flow blue transfer design in the "Madras" pattern, with pagodas, trees and men standing along the water. The plate is marked on the back side, with the pattern name (Madras) and has the blue "Doulton, Burslem, England" (see photo). T are imprinted numbers as well, which are difficult to read. This soup bowl is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. T are very light utensil wear on the bottom which can only be seen if the bowl is held to the light in a certain way.
