This is a fully assembled HO scale sawmill by Faller from my former HO railroad layout. Included and installed is the motor (not sure if AC or DC) to turn the waterwheel. Motor was operational the last time I had the layout together. The red roof is not glued on to provide access to the motor and also access to an interior light (not provided). A couple of the thin railings have broken off, but otherwise the structure is intact and in very good condition. Loose pieces provided include lumber, logs, sluice way extension, ladder, log holder, loose railings and pulley. Posted with eBay Mobile
