Faller Ltd Edition Ghost Train ride, 1 and 1/2 models. Faller HO gauge ltd edition Ghost train ride. This kit is build up and complete as far as I can tell. Also included is parts from a second kit that was never completed. Some parts are on sprues some are not. It is not a complete kit but could be used to help get the built up one going properly. I will be brutally honest about these kits cos I have built a few for people and never want a see another. The drive system for the little cars on these kits was nightmare. I did get them to work but not without a lot of tinkering. This lot came to me with some other fair ground rides/parts some of which I will be listing. They are ideal for someone who has a kit but is needing more parts to get the things going properly or for repairs. As a general tip for builders of these Faller kits - use a geared DC motor with a 3mm output shaft in place of the faller motor and where possible ream out the holes for moving parts and put a small flanged ball bearings in, strenghten long parts with brass angle and if you have the capability replace plastic gears with metal ones. Yes, I know the faller kits will work OK when first built but they soon break down if used continuously.
