This item was donated to our thrift shop. It is a Masterpiece Collection David Winter Cottage Falstaff Manor 1986 John Hine. This is one of two cottages from the collection which we are selling. This piece is Number 7502 Falstaff Manor from 1986. We do not have the certificate of authenticity however it does have the label on the bottom of the item. This piece is impressed on the back side as well. This piece measures 8 1/2" high and is 7 3/4" wide at the base. The condition of this piece is excellent. T are no chips and no cracks and the piece has not been restored. T is an original price tag of $640.00. While bidding for this item please keep in mind that 100% of proceeds will go to our SAVE animal rescue helping local area homeless animals in need. Please pay within 3 days of auction. Refunds will be made if product is not as described. Insurance is available for items damaged during shipping. But since we are a non profit group we cannot pay for return shipping, just the items refund. Since we have limited volunteers we are only able to ship items out on Tuesdays.
