Up for auction is an extra fancy pedestal oil or kerosene flat wick table lamp. Great early heavy glass, two piece glass pedestal design, two mold lines on the bowl top, three on the bowl bottom, three offset lines on the stem and foot, swirl font, very fancy paneled, ribbed, teardrop, and dimpled stem and ball base. I call the pattern “Swirly Eyewinker Ball Base”, or “Belle of the Ball” maker the Findlay Ohio Glass Company, ca 1890s. “Eyewinker” is claimed by Findlay Glass, Ohio, although as with most desirable patterns names and makers include Bull’s-eye, Crystal Ball, and Winking Eye & claimed makers T. Eaton, Dominion, Dalzell, Gilmore, Leighton. EAPG available in extended tableware service. This lamp measures 9 ½” tall to top, and 5 ½” across at the base. Great condition, no chips, cracks, or stains, some honest base wear, this is a beautiful fancy sparkly lamp!! The lamp does not have a brass collar, I can include a loose NOS Ebling collar that will fit if you want it, I don’t have a regular one. I also have available separately the matching two handle lamp, it’s a little rough and equally very hard to find, let me know after the auction if interested. This is a beautiful fancy EAPG pedestal lamp for collection, decoration, or use around the home!! Terms for closing the sale. We do our best to ensure that all items are represented read more
