It is black with a front zipper and has an image of the Silver Surfer on the back and a 4 on the sleeve. 20th Century Fox released only 40,000 of these quarters into circulation for the upcoming release of the newest Fantastic Four movie - The Rise of the Silver Surfer. The US Mint is considering taking legal action due to the fact that it is illegal to alter a US coin for promotional or advertising purposes. These are real California quarters with a colorized image of the Silver Surfer image on the back.
