This fantastic armchair is one of the kind. The chair is probably french judging from the decorating motive on the wooden frame. The blue velvet upholstery is probably not as old as the the the frame. The high quality wood was used to make this amazing carved frame, work of the artist, the front handles are shaped as the bended head of the swan. The carved floral swag under the seat is magnificent. More decorating motifs on the top, musical instrument with flowers. The frame looks like wooden sculpture. Size 35" tall, 26" in between the handles, 18" off the floor. The item is listed for pick up only. Please inquire if you are interested in shipping.
