Both of these pieces are from 1908 and are in absolutely perfect condition condition all the way around. They are free from cracks, chips, crazing, glazing imperfections, repairs, scratches and all other flaws. The platter is absolutely spectacular. It is 28 1/4" inches long and is 10 1/4" inches wide. At the handle is is 2 1/2" inches tall. Hand painted with fish scenes the piece also features raised areas in the shape of fish. The platter weighs in at 8.1 lbs before proper packing for safe shipment. The gravy boat and saucer are also breathtaking. The gravy boat is fashioned after a nautilus and handle is figural - a fish head. The saucer is 11 1/8th inches long and approximately 6 inches wide. The item is 7 1/2" inches tall to the top of the handle. The gravy and saucer weigh in at 1.8 lbs before proper packing for safe shipment. Again all three of the pieces are in absolutely flawless condition. Even the gold on the verges looks excellent. The bottoms are marked with the Guerin and Cie logo in use during the early 19th century and the original owners name and year are also on the bottom. The item is obviously from 1908. As you know, Guerin is on of the top names in Limoges and this is one of the best pieces by them I have ever seen. As always local pickups are fine. We can also deliver withing a 60 mile radius for a small fee. For shipping purposes we will ship in two separate boxes, one with the platter, one with the Gravyboat and saucer. Both will be double boxed. See the photographs for more details. . PAYMENT We prefer PayPal. Payment is due immediately after auction close unless you are bidding on multiple lots. SHIPPING We purchase protection for all of our shipments and this charge is reflected in our handling costs. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
