Fantastic Late Model -Marantz 2230- -Fantastic Phono Section- -Professionally Serviced- -90 Day Warranty- -X-Rare J4 unit- We have seen a LOT of 2230's over the years but this 1975 model 2230 is one of the best. The inside of the unit is as pristine as you could possibly expect for a 37 year old receiver. This 2230 still has the plastic faceplate cover which will be included. For your inspection a very nice re-lamped vintage Marantz 2230. Serial number 176702J4 All controls have been thoroughly cleaned and work perfectly and noiselessly. Just back from our friends at Audio Specialties, here in Portland OR. it carries a 90 day warranty. This unit extremely clean inside and out. The lamps have been replaced as well as new vellum diffuser paper installed for a fresh, beautiful look. This unit cosmetically is very nice as well, with very minor age appropriate marks. At an underated 60 watts total, this receiver will power most speakers. An excellent unit for home or office- a real class act to softly play jazz in the background or step up and drive home the rock all day long. This super nice 2230 was hard to part with and we can have our pick- we fell in love with this clean looking and sounding beauty.
