WHAT A GREAT OYSTER PLATE. THE DETAIL IN THIS ONE IS JUST WONDERFUL!THIS OYSTER PLATE HAS ONLY 4 SHELLS AND EACH ONE TO BE DONE IN SHADES OF BROWN. T IS A CENTRAL SCALLOP SHELL AND TWO SMALLER SHELLS IN THE CENTER. THE WARM CREAM BACKGROUND HAS A SWIRL, EMBOSSED DESIGN. IT MEASURES ABOUT 8 1/4". T IS A TINY NICK ON THE BACKSIDE AS SHOWN IN THE SECOND PICTURE AND SOME LIGHT GOLD WEAR TO THE TRIM. I'M LISTING SOME OTHER OYSTER PLATES TONIGHT, TO VIEW, JUST CLICK ON MY OTHER AUCTIONS. WE PICKED UP A SMALL COLLECTION OF THESE PLATES FROM A LONG TIME COLLECTOR. PLEASE EMAIL WITH ANY QUESTIONS. High bidder pays for shipping and insurance. Please do not bid if you do not want insurance. I pack well, but items go lost more often than you might think. I accept personal checks and money orders in US Funds only. With a money order, I ship within 2 business days of receipt. With a check I ship after 10 business days. I prefer to ship US Priority Insured Mail, but given the 5/14/07 USPS rate increases, I may quote Parcel Post, particularly for any boxes larger than 12" x 12" x 7", as these are now subject to a surcharge by the US Postal Service. Please bear this in mind as you select your payment type, as Parcel Post takes longer for delivery. For international customers, the USPS only offers Priority Mail. T is no ecconomy any longer.
