8 1/2" x 11 1/2", 82 pages. I give it a 7 1/2 out of 10 because of a penned in "K" on the "P" in pic, and some light finger creasing, mostly on the cover. The binding is great except for a small portion at top I have pictured. There are no rips, tears or page chipping. Hardly any yellowing to speak of either. All in all as nice as any roaming around out there. I will send via Priority mail for safe, insured padded protection. Thanks for looking.
