Marvelous RARE Custom Knife Designed & hand made by knife maker Felix Francisco Hand Forged Damascus Blade Real Bull Horn & Burl Wood Handle Hand Forged Damascus Guard & But Cap 9.65" Long | Blade is 4.60" Long 6 mm Thick Blade With Immaculate File Worked Spine Weight of Knife is 350 grams | Weight of Leather Sheath is 116 grams This marvelous RARE Custom Knife was exclusively designed and custom made only one piece by Felix Francisco.This rare 1-Of-A-KIND knife was purpose built to perform for years and years and then pass down to your next generations. Stunning Damascus blade is theresult of hours and hours of forging. Not many custom makers can keep such pattern of layers upon layers flowing all the way to the edge of the blade, which creates a saw-blade effect at microscopic level, allowing the blade to keep cutting while other blades have dulled. Felix Francisco hand forged the blade of this knife with 1095 and 15N20 high carbon steels forged in gorgeous Pattern. Blade was given excellent heat treatment and rockwell hardness of the blade along its edge is 59 and along the spine is 42-45. Incredibly thick 6 mm thick blade has fantastic hand grinds on both sides with top side left with a false edge. Spine has file work.
