Up for bids is a beautiful hand-painted in yellow & gold tones dished oval platter in the Fantasia pattern measuring 17.5" x 11.75" by famous ceramics artist Felix Tissot of Taxco. This Picasoesque design was applied by Nauhatl Indian locals commissioned by Tissot to create this dreamscape work. This platter has absolutely no condition issues - it is perfect. The production marks that are inked are a bluish 78 on one end & next to it either a letter O or the number 0; next to that the incised marks are stacked in this order top to bottom: 14 B, 20, 12.
