For auction is a Rhodes Chroma Polaris Polyphonic Synthesizer (serial # 300909 ) Top panel membrane keypad is 100% fully operational and all LEDs illuminate when depressed and function accordingly along with the sliders. All keys are leveled, springy and trigger sound, no chips or cracks. Everything is original and intact. All 6 voices running through the diagnostic routine are accounted for and in tune. I have also restored the Polaris back with the original Volume 1. Factory banks of patches. Beautiful cosmetic condition down to the wood end panels. ( see pics ) Includes power cord and copy of the owner's manual. It has a classic analog ARP-like sound, kind-of tinny but also fat. Sounds can be layered up to 6 voices. It has typical analog synth controls including a cool 'sweep' knob for sweeping through the LFO or analog filter cutoff parameters. It also has a simple real-time sequencer and 132 memory patches.
