This is a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe 40watt valve guitar combo amplifier. It's in excellent condition barring the control name transfers which have come adrift in places for some reason, it had happened whilst with the previous owner. However, it didn't put me off buying it as it was reflected in the price I paid. I'd previously used Marshalls but this amp knocked 'em sideways for the shear power and clarity/overdrive. Don't be misled by the 40watt tag either, I've never been able to turn up the volume more than 3 and thats bloody loud! It's got two switchable channels so you can go from as clean as you want to as dirty as you want. You can obtain that beautiful warm blues tone or that great rock sound. Full bass will rattle the windows, always found halfway was more than enough. 1x12" speaker does the buisness. Dimentions are: W: 24" H: 18" D: 10". For more in depth information check out some reveiws on Utube. Reason for selling; been playing in bands since 1973, so calling it a day,( hanging up the old 'G' string).
