Thanks for viewing this auction for my Fender Squier Stratocaster, made in Korea and dates back to the 1990/91 - ( Serial #S1011485). I rate these Korean models very highly, having owned many over the years. In my opinion, the Samick made ("S series") guitars are far better than those from the Cort factory and, in terms of build quality, are close to, if not on a par with, many of the higher priced Fenders. This guitar is in excellent condition for it's age. The neck is straight (set with slight relief) and there is only minimal fret wear. It's a great looking and feeling neck too - see pics. I'm not sure of the colour given by Fender (according to their colour chart, Ocean Turquoise looks closest), but I do know that it's beautiful - the nicest colour of any guitar I've owned. A lovely guitar, which I am sorry to see go, but I need to make some space. I would prefer the winning bidder to collect the guitar (CF3 - between Cardiff and Newport), but will ship if required.
