The original electric guitar, updated for the 21st century. The Fender Telecaster has proved to be one of the most popular guitar designs in the history of rock n roll thanks to its retro vibe and a sound that is choc full of character. The Standard Telecaster combines the best of old and new, with hotter single-coil pickups, shielded body cavities, medium jumbo frets, six-saddle strings-through-body bridge, cast/sealed tuners, tinted neck, parchment pickguard and control knobs, and '70s-style headstock logo. Two Standard Tele single-coil pickups offer a great range of classic and contemporary tones perfect for Country, Blues, Rock, and Pop. With a modern C-shaped neck, 9.5" freeboard radius and medium jumbo frets, this neck feels fast and string-bending is a breeze. 6-saddle strings-thru-body Tele bridge allows for improved intonation and individual string height adjustment. This also comes with the Hiscox hardcase as pictured.
