Fenton item 9259 FY, Favrene Seasons Vase from their 1998 Connoisseur Collection. The original design of this vase came from Carl Schmitz of Verlys of America. Fenton artist Martha Reynolds added graceful trees to the design to make it even more appealing. This sand carved 9" vase features the raised female figures in spring planting and fall harvest. The trees are sand carved into the cobalt blue/silver glass. This is number 551 of a limited number of 1350 that were scheduled to be made. On the bottom of the vase it has 'Original Design by Martha Reynolds and Carl Schmitz'; the stylized Fenton 'F', a silver Fenton sticker and the numbers 551/1350. This is a heavy piece, weighing just under 4 pounds by itself. There is no damage of any kind to this beautiful vase. Please ask all questions prior to bidding.
