WELCOME CARNIVAL GLASS COLLECTORS! Item Description: This is a beautiful, old Fenton KITTENS Cup and Saucer in Marigold color with beautiful multi-color iridesence. It is an old vintage set, not marked in any way. It is an outstanding example, super iridesence for Marigold. Usually these pieces are dull, especially in Marigold, but these have really nice colors. I tried to capture it with photos, but it is very difficult. They are even better in your hands. Please take a look. It is a very strong set...the best I've ever seen in this very collectable pattern. S triking on display. I have included several photos of the set so you can see for yourself. They look even better in your hands! You can reference this set in David Doty's 1998 Field Guide to Carnival Glass or The Encyclopedia to Carnival Glass and Edwards and Carwile. I guarantee this is authentic, early 1900's vintage Carnival Glass! All pictures were taken outside in natural light...no flash. I never enhance photos, what you see is what you get. I do not use reserves, never have, I believe the buyers should set the value, so bid with confindence and have fun...it will sell to the high bidder. Item Condition: This cup and saucer set is in superb conditon! No chips, cracks, fleabites or repairs! T are a few scattered manufacturing stretch marks, but you must really search long and hard to find them. Nothing that distracts from this gorgeous piece. The bases are clean and show very minimal shelf wear. You must really, really stretch to see anything at all. I can find only few very small enclosed manufacturing bubbles. Only visible upon very close inspection. That is all I can find on this gorgeous set. I've looked them over hard. I'm being very picky. Simply...it is an outstanding, high quality set. I collect Carnival Glass myself and I'm picky with my descriptions, like I like others to be when I'm buying so you know what you are getting. None of these take away from this excellent set at all. It is an awesome example! You will have a hard time ever finding a nicer one. The cup and saucer set has been well taken care of and is very clean. The pictures tell the tale, please have a look.
