SILVERCREST FENTON VASE Hand Painted I am not a Fenton Expert but I truly love the beauty and artistic talent it takes to make a piece such as this. This design is called Silvercrest and it is extra special because it has beautiful hand painted flowers painted on the glasswork. It features painting on the front and back and a gorgeous silvery clear glass rim around the ruffled top. This piece is a must see to appreciate. The flowers are beautifully detailed. I think they might be petunia's but I am not a flower expert. Check out the pics for the detail and supersize them for a closer look. My husband and I purchased this 8" vase about 5 years ago from an antique dealer and were told that it was most certainly an older piece. We are going to be moving and downsizing resulting in the need to part with some of our gorgeous treasures. This piece is in picture perfect condition and actually has had very little shelf wear before putting it away in a safe dark place to avoid fading.
