Bronze and Marble Sculpture/Lamp by Ferdinand Pautrot. French (1832-1874) Solid bronze on a black marble plinth signed "PAUTROT PARIS 1866" A detailed depiction of two birds. One stands on a rock with a grass stalk in its beak and one ready to pounce on an insect. Beautifully detailed feathers and outstretched wings. Overall height including lamp hamp is 22". The sculpture is approximate 8 3/4"' high, 8" deep and 10" wide. Modern wiring and felt bottom. Ship to USA only. Excellent packing and feedback when buyer is satisfied.
