This ivory netsuke is an nicely carved & etched piece measuring 1.5" wide, and 1" tall. T is no damage, the netsuke is in excellent condition. The ivory is finely etched all over with the details of the rats fur. The ivory is yellowed with age. The quality and workmanship of this netsuke is impressive, and t is no doubt that it is indeed quite old. The lucky winner of this auction will not be disappointed! T is an artist signature on the bottom. I am a private collector in the process of liquidating some of my collections. All my netsukes were purchased at Antiques shows and estate auctions between 1985 and 1988; as well as a trip to Asia in 1987. Please email any questions before bidding.
