This is one Finnish Puukko Hunting/Fishing knife was handmade in Finland Lapland with traditional materials. It is in excellent condition never used, sharpened or carried with original natural color light brown leather sheath decorated with reindeer fur, rivets and stamped with traditional designs. The knife is 8 inches overall with 4 inches blade made of high carbon steel and is razor sharp. It has a Hidden tang construction , 4 inches handle is made from Curly Birch, Reindeer antler and leather spacers. The reverse tang is stamped with what is likely to be a maker’s mark. This is a light and well balanced general-purpose knife. The blade has full convex grind with a cutting edge thin enough to be a good slicer but not weak in any way. The edge is razor sharp and it is durable. The knife has a traditional for Scandinavian design handle it provides enough profile for a secure grip while allowing any number of grip methods without restriction.
