Anchor Hocking Fire King Restaurant Ware 9.5" Divided Grill Plate G292 These beauties are from a local church. The markings on the bottoms date them from the mid to late 1940's as you can see from the chart below. FIRE-KING (Block Lettering) 1942 - 1945 OVEN FIRE-KING GLASS mid 1940's OVEN FIRE-KING WARE (Block or script Lettering) mid to late 1940's OVEN Fire-King WARE MADE IN U.S.A. ("Fire-King" is written in script lettering) 1951-1960 CONDITION: Please read carefully! These plates are in very gently used condition. They were manufactured over 60 years ago and may have some straw marks, small casting flaws, tiny white casting spots, and/or a minor chip or two from use. All the plates have good sheen but none are in perfect condition ! Overall just nice pieces to add to your collection until some better ones come along.
