This is an old obsolete fireman's hat badge from the Dallas Texas Fire Department. It reads "Inspector Dallas Fire Dept. Inspection Fire Prevention Bureau Tex." It is in very good condition. One of the points is very slightly bent. I'm sure it could be straightened, but I will leave that to the new owner. The attachment screw in the middle of the back of the badge is in excellent condition and has the thumb nut with it. However, the pin at the very top on the back of the badge is broken.
