Hello, I have only played with these miniatures a couple of times and they are in pretty good condition. All of the larger ships are only plastic and have not primer on them. Several of the small ships have a base of white primer on them. There is only one model painted, you can see it in the images. It's a pretty bad paint job. There are command cards, a ruler thing, and a victory counter thing. Have not played the game much. None of the models are glued to their bases.
